I’m an attorney, small business owner, husband, and father of three. I founded my estate planning practice to help families of all kinds prepare thoughtfully for life’s uncertainties and leave behind something more valuable than a collection of legal documents: clarity, care, and a lasting connection to the people they love.

My path to estate planning was shaped by both professional experience and seeing first-hand the importance of planning for people in my own life. Before opening my firm, I spent years working in real estate development and construction. There was much about that work that I enjoyed, but I had gone to law school hoping to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Over time, I realized I wanted my legal practice to be more personal and more directly connected to the families I served.

I believe a person’s legacy is much greater than property and account balances. That understanding is at the heart of my practice. Every family is different, and I take the time to understand the relationships, values, and concerns that make each one unique. I help my clients protect their families and assets while also preserving their stories, wishes, and values.

My goal is not simply to prepare documents and send clients home with a binder. It is to build an ongoing relationship, create a plan designed to work when it is needed, and make life easier for the people my clients love.

I earned my J.D. from Washburn University School of Law and my B.S. in Political Science from Emporia State University. I am licensed to practice law in Colorado and live in Aurora with my husband, our youngest daughter, and our two dogs.
